Walker recorded June 10, 1996, in Deed Book 326 at Page 173 in the Office of the RMC for Pickens County, South Carolina. Cassandra Davis conveyed all of her interest to James C. Davis by Deed recorded April 29, 2004, in Deed Book 811 at Page 93 in the Office of the RMC for Pickens County, South Carolina.

TERMS OF SALE: For cash. The purchaser(s) shall pay for deed and documentary recording fees and the successful bidder shall deposit with Special Referee/Sale Officer a certified check or cash in the amount equal to 5% of the amount of the bid as evidence of good faith. Deficiency judgment being inapplicable; the bidding will not remain open and will be final on sale day, however, sold subject to all past due and accruing property taxes and any other senior encumbrance.
