2. The property described above is being wrongfully withheld by the defendant, Steven Smith.

3. To the best knowledge of the plaintiff, the property is being withheld by the defendant because:Defendant has failed and refused to make payments on the rental purchase agreement as agreed upon.

4. The property was not taken from the ownership or possession of the plaintiff due to any tax, fine or assessment (and if so seized, it should not have been by virtue of its exempt status).

All that certain piece parcel, or lot of land lying, situate, and being in the State of South Carolina, County of Pickens, and being shown as 0.533 acres more or less on a survey entitled “Property Survey for Todd Eddy and Tyler Simpson,” prepared by 35th Parallel Geomatics, LLC, dated April 23, 2019 and recorded May 3, 2019 in Plat Book 609 at Page 70 in the Register of Deeds Office for Pickens County. For a more complete and accurate description as to the metes and bounds, courses and distances, reference is hereby made to the most recent plat of record.
