By virtue of a decree of the Special Referee for Pickens County, heretofore granted in the case of Luthi Mortgage Company, Inc. against Oder L. Breedlove and Sandra K. Breedlove, et al., I, the undersigned Special Referee or designee of Court for Pickens County, will sell on August 3, 2015, at eleven o’clock a.m. at the Pickens County Courthouse, Pickens, South Carolina to the highest bidder:

ALL that certain piece, parcel or lot of land situate, lying and being in the State of South Carolina, County of Pickens, located approximately 5 miles northeast of Pickens, South Carolina, and according to a plat made by Thomas C. Keith Reg. Surveyor, No. 1712, dated May 25, 1960 and being shown and designated as Lots 83 and 85, Block A, Mountain Lake Estates, said plat being recorded in the Pickens County Register of Deeds in Plat Book 1920, at Page 132-B. Reference to said plat is hereby craved for a more accurate metes and bounds description.

Terms of Sale: For cash, purchaser to pay for deed and stamps and deposit with me five (5%) percent of the amount of the bid, same to be applied on the purchase price only upon compliance with the bid, but in the case of noncompliance within 30 days same to be forfeited and applied to the cost and plaintiff’s debt and the property readvertised for sale upon the same terms at the risk of the former highest bidder. The successful bidder must pay interim interest from the date of the Sale through date of compliance at eighteen (18%) percent.

DEFICIENCY JUDGEMENT IS WAIVED.

The above property is sold subject to any accruing or past-due property taxes.
