EASLEY — Pickens County Sheriff’s Office deputies arrested a Greenville County man and Oconee County woman wanted on outstanding warrants in three counties last Thursday.

Chief Deputy Creed Hashe said Ryan Adam Carr of Travelers Rest and Eliyah Kiana Rogers of Walhalla, both 19, were arrested without incident at a home on McCoy Street in Easley
