PICKENS — Residents grilled Pickens County Council members Monday over a recent trip to Germany by two members and several county staff members.

As the Courier earlier reported, council chairman Roy Costner, councilman Chris Bowers, county attorney Ken Roper, tourism director Jay Pitts and Alliance Pickens executive director Ray Farley traveled to Germany last month.
