SIX MILE — The Six Mile Recreation Department invites all area ball players to a preseason spring baseball/softball clinic at Ponderosa Park in Six Mile.

Featured instructors will include former collegiate players, as well as Daniel High School coaches and players. The clinic is designed for players ages 7-12.

Cost for the two-day clinic is $30. The fee includes a souvenir T-shirt. Schedule for the clinic is Saturday, March 7, 8:30 a.m.-1 p.m. and Sunday, March 8, 2-5 p.m.

An optional additional session for pitching/catching instruction for baseball is scheduled for Saturday, March 7, 2-4 p.m. Cost for the additional session is $20 or $10 if registered for all sessions of the two-day clinic.

Registration is being taken now through Feb. 21 at Six Mile Town Hall from 8 a.m.-5 p.m. Monday through Friday and Saturday from 10 a.m.-noon. A $25 late fee will be applied after Feb. 21.
