PICKENS — A lawsuit has been filed in the Pickens County Court of Common Pleas alleging that a lack of supervision of inmates working at Mile Creek Park led to sexual assaults and drug use involving a minor.

The lawsuit, filed Nov. 20 by attorney Kyle J. White on behalf of his clients, who are the guardians of a teenager who worked at Mile Creek
