Grace United Methodist Church of Pickens has announced a pastoral change. As of Sunday, July 2, Pastor David C. Taylor will become the head pastor at Grace. Taylor and his wife, Toni, are moving from Zion United Methodist Church in Prosperity. The Taylors have five sons and six grandchildren, who all live in Greenville. The Taylors will be living in the church parsonage on Queens Court. The community is invited to attend services at Grace on July 2 to meet the Taylors. Special music will be provided by the Bells of Grace in honor of their arrival. The South Carolina Methodist Conference has transferred James and Ashley McCoy-Bruce to new responsibilities in Greenwood.
