Y2Y 10K Challenge set for April 26

COUNTY — The Pickens County YMCA is bringing back its popular Y2Y 10K Challenge.

With the course, participants will run from the Easley YMCA to the Pickens YMCA, which is exactly 10K (6.2 miles).  Registration for the Y2Y 10K Challenge is open from now until April 24.

Participants will park at the Pickens YMCA on April 26. Buses will transport everyone at 7:10 a.m. to the Easley Y, and the race will start at 7:30 a.m.  There will be fun activities at the Pickens Y for families and kids while they await their loved ones’ arrival.

“I am really excited that we are bringing back the Y2Y 10K event,” said Alida Gardiner, Easley Y Branch Executive Director. “This race is a great opportunity to do something fun and challenging for yourself while helping others right here in our community. We’re going to have a great time together.”
