NOTICE OF FILING FOREIGN JUDGMENT

COMES NOW The Roof Depot, Inc. (“Judgment Creditor”), and pursuant to South Carolina Code Section 15-35-900 et

seq., notifies the above-named Defendant, Donald F. Wygand (“Judgment Debtor”), of the following:

1. On October 7, 2016, a judgment was obtained by the Judgment Creditor against the Judgment Debtor in the Superior Court of Fulton County, Georgia, in the action captioned The Roof Depot, Inc. v. Donald W. Wygand, In the Superior Court of Fulton County, Georgia, Civil Action File No. 2016CV270445, in the total sum of $53,831.40, plus costs as provided by law, and post-judgment interest in the amount of eight percent (8%) per annum running from December 24, 2015 (the “Judgment”). Pursuant to South Carolina Code Section 15-35-930, an authenticated, filed, stamped copy of the Judgment is attached hereto as Exhibit “A” and incorporated herein by reference. A filed, stamped copy of the Affidavit of Stephen W. Brown, filed concurrently with the Judgment, is also attached hereto as Exhibit “B” and incorporated herein by reference.

2. The name and address of the Judgment Creditor is as follows:

4. As evidenced by Exhibit “A,” the Judgment Creditor has caused an authenticated copy of the Judgment attached hereto as Exhibit “A” to be filed with the Clerk of the Pickens County, South Carolina Court of Common Pleas.

5. The Judgment Debtor has thirty (30) days from the date of receipt of the notice to seek relief from the enforcement of the Judgment. If the Judgment is not satisfied and no relief is sought by the Judgment Debtor within that thirty (30) days, then the Judgment will be enforced in the State of South Carolina in the same manner as a judgment of this State.

Janet Reese, et al., I will sell at public auction to highest bidder at County Court House on April 3, 2017 at 11:00 a.m. the following property: ALL that certain piece, parcel or lot of land lying and being situate in the State of South Carolina, County of Pickens, about Two (2) miles east of the City of Clemson, and being known and designated as Lot Number Twenty-seven (27), on a plat prepared by Walter L. Cellco Partnership d/b/a Verizon Wireless (“Verizon Wireless”) is proposing to build a 160-foot tall monopole tower (with a 4-foot tall lightning rod) and associated equipment on a property located at 1220 Brushy Creek Road, Easley, SC 29642.
