Paws For a Cause

Pickens Elementary School students recently raised $146.80 to give to the Pickens County Humane Society. Humane society director Samantha Gamble visited the school and brought a 4-month-old puppy named Molly to play with the children as thanks. Gamble talked to the Pickens Elementary Cabin Character students about the services the humane society provides for animals and how the humane society finds the animals permanent homes.
