Scott David Stobie, a 52-year-old man from Easley, recently acquired his black belt in Tae Kwon Do. For the past 3 1/2 years, Stobie has been training and taking instructions from Master Karl Gassmann, who started the DoJang in Pickens and eventually moved it to Dacusville as the number of students increased.
