Woody, Esq. is a suitable and competent person to understand and protect all rights and interests of the Estates and the Unknown Defendants, and that Kelley Y. Woody, Esq. has no interest adverse to the interests of the Estates and the Unknown Defendants and is not connected in business with Plaintiff or its counsel;

1.  Kelley Y. Woody, Esq. is hereby appointed Guardian Ad Litem Nisi on behalf of the Estates and the Unknown Defendants, some or all of whom are or may be residents or non-residents of the State of South Carolina, minors, incompetent, imprisoned, under legal disability, or in the military service.
2.  Kelley Y.
