YOU ARE HEREBY SUMMONED and required to answer the Complaint in this action, a copy of which is herewith served upon you, and to serve a copy of your Answer to the Complaint, upon the subscriber at P.O. Box 1217, Pendleton, SC 29670 within thirty (30) days after service hereof, exclusive of the day of service. If you fail to answer the Complaint within that time, the Plaintiff(s) will apply to the court for the relief demanded in the Complaint and a judgment by default will be rendered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that an action has been commenced in the Court of Common Pleas for Pickens County, South Carolina, by the above-named Plaintiff against the above-named Defendants to have a title to real property quieted in the name of the Plaintiff. The real property covered and affected by the said action at the time of the filing of this Notice, is described as follows: All that certain piece, parcel or lot of land situate, in the State of South Carolina, County of Pickens, being shown and designated as Lot Thirty-Five (35), Cliffs at Keowee Vineyards, W/West, according to plat prepared by Robert E. Threatt, dated August 25, 1997, and recorded in the Office of the Register of Deds for Pickens County in Plat Book 279 at Pages 9 and 10, reference to which plat is hereby made for a complete and accurate description. Together with a perpetual, non-exclusive easement for ingress and egress over any and all private roads to public roads. This property is conveyed subject to all of the terms, provisions, conditions, rights, privileges, restrictions, obligations and easements set forth in the Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions for The Cliffs at Keowee Vineyards, recorded in the Office of the Register of Deeds for Pickens County in Deed Book 390 at Page 163, and as may thereafter be modified or amended. This property is also conveyed subject to any and all existing rights-of-way for roads, utilities, easements and any other instruments that appear of record in respect to the lands lying within the project known as The Cliffs at Keowee Vineyards, recorded in the Office of the Register of Deeds for Pickens County.

See also that Corrective Tax Deed dated April 29, 2025 and recorded on May 14, 2025 in Book 2812 at Page 313.
