According to Pickens County Chief Deputy Creed Hash, The Pickens County Sheriff’s Office completed its investigation into an incident of sexual misconduct which all stemmed from an initial introduction over Facebook.

The mother of a fourteen year old female contacted the Sheriff’s Office after learning that her daughter and another female friend had been involved with two men in their early twenties following an introduction over the Internet through Facebook.

The two girls, aged 13 and 12 at the time of the incident, freely engaged into Facebook conversations with the two men and subsequently agreed to meet both subjects in person according to Creed.
