Otis Hopkins, et al. under Case No. 2019-CP-39-00139, I, the undersigned, as Special Referee for Pickens County, will offer for sale at public outcry at 11:00 A.M., on Monday, July 1, 2019, at the Pickens County Courthouse, 214 E. Main Street, Pickens, South Carolina, the following described real property, to-wit:
