• Hagood Center to host concert Saturday

This Saturday, Aug. 25, the Hagood Community Center Auditorium will present John Turner and Friends at 7 p.m. The concert will offer an evening of bluegrass, country and gospel.

Tickets for each event are $5 at the door, and all proceeds will go to the Hagood Community Center. Doors will open around 6 p.m. Visitors are asked to use the parking lot entrance. The Hagood Community Center is located at 129 Schoolhouse St. in Pickens. Call
