The Pickens County Planning Commission will have a workshop at 6:00 and then meet in regular session and conduct public hearings on Monday, November 13, 2023 at 6:30 p.m. in the Main Conference Room at the Pickens County Administration Facility, 222 McDaniel Avenue, Pickens, SC.

The Planning Commission will hold public hearings on:

SD-23-0017 – GP Speedway Industrial Park at 3800 Calhoun Memorial Highway Easley, SC 29640

SD-23-0018 – 20 Lot Conventional Subdivision at 245 Stephens Rd Pickens, SC 29671. TMS# 5009-08-88-7589
