This being the same property conveyed to Easley Downtown Investments, LLC a South Carolina

limited liability company by deed recorded July 18, 2017, in Book 1878, Page 136 in the Register of Deeds for Pickens County, South Carolina. This also being the same property conveyed to Easley Downtown Investments, LLC a South Carolina limited liability company by deed recorded September 1, 2017, in Book 1891, Page 312 in the Register of Deeds for Pickens County, South Carolina.

1. Plaintiff who resides at, 636 Mermmack Ave. Dracut, Middlesex, MA 01826 was lawfully married to the defendant who now resides at LKA 129 Habersham Ct. Easley, Pickens County SC 29642.

2. The parties were married Alexandria, Egypt on Oct. 22, 2007 and last lived together at 73 Glen Meadows Rd., Franklin MA 02038 on July 15 2017.

3. The minor or dependent child(ren) of this mariage is/are: Maria Ashraf Mekhaiel Andrew Ashraf Mekhaiel.

4. Plaintiff certifies that no previous action for divorce, annulment or affirmation of marriage, separate support, desertion, living apart for justifiable cause, or custody of child(ren) has been brought by either party against the other except; The is an open child support case in South Carolina.

5. On or about July 15, 2017 and irretrievable breakdown of the marriage under G.L. c. 208 § 18 occurred and continued to exist.

6. Wherefore, plaintiff requests that the Court: X grant a divorce on the ground of irretrievable breakdown.
