This being the same property conveyed to Easley Downtown Investments, LLC a South Carolina
limited liability company by deed recorded July 18, 2017, in Book 1878, Page 136 in the Register of Deeds for Pickens County, South Carolina. 2. The parties were married Alexandria, Egypt on Oct. 22, 2007 and last lived together at 73 Glen Meadows Rd., Franklin MA 02038 on July 15 2017.
3. The minor or dependent child(ren) of this mariage is/are: Maria Ashraf Mekhaiel Andrew Ashraf Mekhaiel.
4. Plaintiff certifies that no previous action for divorce, annulment or affirmation of marriage, separate support, desertion, living apart for justifiable cause, or custody of child(ren) has been brought by either party against the other except; The is an open child support case in South Carolina.
5. On or about July 15, 2017 and irretrievable breakdown of the marriage under G.L. c. 208 § 18 occurred and continued to exist.
