All that certain piece, parcel or lot of land together with all improvements located thereon, situate, lying and being in the County of Pickens, State of South Carolina, being shown and designated as Lot 10-A, containing 1.674 acres, more or less, on a plat entitled “Boundary Survey for Richard C. Masters”, prepared by Stephen R. Edwards & Associates, Inc., dated June 10, 2009 and recorded in the Register of Deeds for Pickens County in Plat Book 593 at Page 309 and having such metes and bounds as shown thereon, reference to said plat being made for a more complete description.

Also included on the above-referenced real property is a manufactured home described as follows:

Shirley dated July 14, 2009 and recorded July 22, 2009 in Book 1264 at Page 256 in the Office of the Register of Deeds for Pickens County.

TERMS OF SALE: The successful bidder, other than the Plaintiff, will deposit with the Special Referee at conclusion of the bidding, five (5%) of his bid, in cash or equivalent, as evidence of good faith, the same to be applied to purchase price in case of compliance, but to be forfeited and applied first to costs and then to Plaintiff’s debt in the case of noncompliance. Should the last and highest bidder fail or refuse to make the required deposit at the time of the bid or comply with the other terms or the bid within twenty (20) days, then the Special Referee may resell the property on the same terms and conditions on some subsequent Sales Day (at the risk of the former highest bidder).

LEGAL NOTICE

The Pickens County Planning Commission will meet in regular session and conduct a public hearing on Monday, November 11, 2019 at 6:30 p.m. in the Main Conference Room at the Pickens County Administration Facility, 222 McDaniel Avenue, Pickens, SC.

Prior to the regular meeting and public hearing, the Planning Commission will meet in a worksession at 6:00 p.m. in the same location.
