You are hereby summoned and required to answer the Complaint in this action a copy of which is served on you and which is filed in the office of the Clerk of this Court this same date and to serve a copy of your Answer to the Complaint upon the subscriber at 107 E. Main Street, P.O. Box 618, Pickens, South Carolina, 29671 within thirty (30) days after the service hereof, exclusive of the day of such service. If you fail to answer the Complaint within that time, the plaintiffs will be awarded default judgment against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.

Richardson, through her Conservator Scott Tenbroeck, Kimberly Williams, Daniel Craig, Samantha Craig, John Doe, a fictious Person whose true name is unknown, representing collectively any and all unknown adults, firms, corporations or other entities claiming any right, title or interest in, claim against or lean upon the real property described as: All that piece, parcel, or lot of land, together with all buildings and improvements thereon, situate, lying, and being on the eastern side of Hasting Circle in the Town of Easley, Pickens County, South Carolina, being shown and designated as Lot No. 12 on a plat of Marshall Heights made by Campbell & Clarkson Surveyor, Inc., dated April 8, 1970, recorded in the Office of the Register of Deeds for Pickens County, SC, in Plat Book 18 at Page 158, reference to which is hereby made for a more complete and accurate description.
