NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that an action has been com¬menced and is now pending in this Court upon Complaint of the above named Plaintiffs against the above named Defendants, for purposes of removing any cloud from title to the real property which is the subject of this action and reforming, by reason of a Delinquent Tax Sale Deed which were filed of record in the office of the Register of Deeds for Pickens County, in Deed Book 2016, at page 201, and reforming said deed to include ownership of road and access to the subject property; and that the subject premises were, at the time of the com¬mencement of this action and at all times thereafter, including the date of the filing of this Notice, situate in Pickens County, South Carolina, and more fully described as follows, to wit:

All that certain piece, parcel or lot of land lying and being situate in the State of South Carolina, County of Pickens, and being more fully described as follows, to-wit: BEGINNING on an iron pin in center of Shirley Road, which point is also corner of Lot Number 3; thence along Shirley Road N1W 408 feet to an iron pin; thence le4aving Shirley Road S78-10W 330 feet to an iron pin; thence S22-30W 240 feet to an iron pin; thence N81-41W 616.2 feet to iron pin which is on line now or formerly of Sam Dillard; thence along Dillard property S22-43W 165.7 feet to an iron pin; thence along Lot Number 3 S72-53E 485.3 feet to an iron pin; thence N79-23E 544 feet to point of BEGINNING, originally containing 6.27 acres, more or less, according to a plat of John C. Smith, Surveyor, reference to which is hereby made for a more complete and accurate description, and being bounded on the North by Lot Number 1, East by Shirley Road, South by Lot Number 3, and West by property now or formerly owned by Sam Dillard. LESS HOWEVER, All that certain piece, parcel or lot of land lying and being situate in the State of South Carolina, County of Pickens, containing 1.01 acres, more or less, as shown on a plat of survey prepare d by John C. Smith, RG LS #1443, dated December 10, 1977, and recorded in Plat Book 21, at Page 748, and being the same property conveyed to Hazel Peek by Deed of Distribution from the Estate of R. B. Peek, recorded in Deed Book 1281, at Page 105, in the office of the Register of Deeds, for Pickens County, South Carolina.

The Pickens County Planning Commission will meet in regular session and conduct public hearings on Monday, December 14, 2020 at 6:30 p.m. in the Auditorium at the Pickens County Administration Facility, 222 McDaniel Avenue, Pickens, SC.

Prior to the regular meeting and public hearings, the Planning Commission will meet in a worksession at 6:00 p.m. in the same location.
