Notice is hereby given that Powdersville Mini Storage, phone (864) 661-6447, located at 4775 Highway 153, Easley, SC, 29642 will hold a Public Sale, to satisfy the lien of the owner. This notice is given in accordance with the provisions of South Carolina Statutes; Chapter 20 Self Service Storage Facilities (§§ 39-20-10 to 39-20-50). Units will be sold via online auction, at www.LockerFox.com. Auction will close on or after Thursday February 26, 2026 at 10:00 am. The personal goods stored therein by the following may include, but are not limited to household goods, furniture, tools, equipment, toys, boxes, clothes and misc items. Owner reserves the right to bid and the right to refuse bids. Cleanup deposit is required. Sale is subject to cancellation. Duke Energy proposes the construction of a 180-ft (190-ft AGL overall with appurtenances) replacement monopole communications tower within an existing equipment storage area located at 664 Issaqueena Trail, in the City of Clemson, within Pickens County, SC (Parcel ID #4064-09-25-1681). Duke Energy seeks comments from all interested persons on any potential significant impact the proposed action could have on the quality of the human environment pursuant to 47 C.F.R. Section 1.1307, including potential impacts to historic or cultural resources that are listed or eligible for listing in the National Register of Historic Places.
