Sanchez Montano, Plaintiff.  vs. The Dun, LLC and Mark Haskett, the defaulting taxpayers, their heirs, and assigns, and also others entitled to claim under, by and through the defaulting taxpayer or mortgage holders, and all other persons or entities unknown claiming any right, title, interest, estate in or lien upon the real estate described herein, and also, any unknown adults being as a class designated as John Doe and also, any unknown infants or person under disability being as a class designated as Richard Roe and United Carolina Bank of South Carolina or its successor, Defendants.

TO THE DEFENDANTS ABOVE NAMED:
YOU ARE HEREBY SUMMONED and required to answer the Complaint in this action, a copy of which is hereby served upon you, and to serve a copy of your Answer upon the subscriber at his office, 210 West Laurens Street, Laurens, South Carolina within thirty (30) days after the service hereof; and if you fail to answer the Complaint within the time aforesaid, judgment by default will be rendered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
YOU WILL PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that should you fail to answer the foregoing Summons, the Plaintiff will move for a general Order of Reference of this cause to the Master-in-Equity/Special Referee for the aforesaid County, which Order shall, pursuant to Rule 53 of the South Carolina Rules of Civil Procedure, specifically provide that the said Master-in-Equity/Special Referee is authorized and empowered to enter final judgment in this case. Any appeal from the final judgment entered by the Master-in-Equity/Special Referee shall be made directly to the South Carolina Court of Appeals.
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the original Complaint in the above-entitled action was filed in the Office of Clerk of Court for Pickens County on August 3, 2023.

All that certain piece, parcel or lot of land situate, lying and being in the State of South Carolina, County of Pickens, being shown and designated as Lot 57 on a plat of the P.P. McDaniel estate, according to a plat prepared by J. Coke Smith & Son, dated February, 1956 and being more fully described as follows, to-wit:
BEGINNING at an iron pin on South Fifth Street, which is joint corner of Lots 56 and 57; thence running North 5-42 West 103.3 feet along South Fifth Street to an iron pin, thence running North 89-24 West 150 feet to an iron pin, which point is the joint corner of Lots 57 and 55; thence running South 5-27 East 120.7 feet to an iron pin, which point is joint corner of Lots 56 and 57; thence running North 84-07 East 149.6 feet to the point of BEGINNING.

Notice hereof shall be given by publishing this Citation once a week for four consecutive weeks previous to the day of MARCH 11, 2024, in some newspaper published in the County of Harris, if there be a newspaper published therein, but if not, then the nearest county where a newspaper is published, and this Citation shall be retuned on the 5th day of MARCH, 2024. which is forty two days after the date it is issued, and the first publication shall be at least twenty-eight days before said return day
