vs. James Mitchell McKenzie; Margaret Danielle Parker; Joseph McKenzie; Bryson McKenzie; Javon McKenzie; John Doe, a fictitious person, whose true name is unknown, representing collectively any and all unknown adults, firms, corporations or other entities claiming any right, title or interest in, claim against or lien upon the real property described as: ALL that certain piece, parcel or lot of land, with all improvements thereon, or hereafter constructed thereon, situate, lying and being in the State of South Carolina, County of Pickens, situate on the Pickens-Easley Highway about three and one-half miles S.E. from the City of Pickens.  Said lot fronts on said highway and has the following metes and bounds: BEGINNING on said highway and running S 35 W 152 feet; thence running to the branch (the center of branch is the line) S 59-12 E 177.4 feet; thence N 35 E 139 feet to highway; thence down said highway N 55 W 177 feet to the BEGINNING corner. Reference is made to a plat made by W.L. Davis, April 23, 1960, which completely described the said lot.  This lot is part of the Easley Farm. This a portion of the property conveyed to James S. McKenzie by deed of Harold Tinsley dated 6/9/2009 and recorded 6/10/2009 in the Office of the Register of Deeds for Pickens County in Deed Book 1257 at Page 226;                                                          Defendants.
