Pitts, William Brandon Pitts, Latrice Shanette Pitts, City of Easley, and any known or unknown persons unknown claiming any right, title, interest or lien as to property located at 202 Pine Street, Easley, South Carolina, bearing Pickens County, South Carolina Tax Identification Number 5019-10-35-5191. The property was purchased at a tax sale by the predecessor in title of the current owner, the Plaintiff herein.
And, for any further relief as set forth in the Complaint.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that an action to quiet title has been commended within Twenty (20) days, in the Pickens County Court of Common Pleas upon Complaint of the above-named Plaintiff against the above-named Defendants for an action as to determination rights and quiet title of real property located in Pickens County, South Carolina and more particularly described as follows:
ALL that certain piece, parcel, or lot of land in the State of South Carolina, County of Pickens, in the City of Easley, and being shown as Lot No.: 68, in Section 2 of Alice Manufacturing Company by Dalton & Neves, Mary 1958, and recorded in the Office of the Register of Deeds for Pickens County in Plat Book 10 at Page 208, and according hereto being described as 202 Pine Street, and having the following courses and distances.
BEGINNING at iron pin on Pine Street; and running back therefrom along line of Lot 67 N. 3-55 W. 101.2 feet to alley; thence N. 84-05 E 89 feet to point; thence S. 14-47 E. 106.3 feet to Pine Street; thence along Pine Street S. 86-04 W. 109 feet to the BEGINNING corner.
