NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that an action has been commenced in the Court of Common Pleas for Anderson County, South Carolina, by the above-named Plaintiff against the above-named Defendants to have a title to real property quieted in the name of the Plaintiff.  The real property covered and affected by the said action at the time of the filing of this Notice, is described as follows: All that piece, parcel or lot of land situate in the State of South Carolina, County of Pickens, and being about 9 miles west of Pickens, and being more fully described as follows to wit: Beginning in the center of surface treated road, which point is also corner of Grant; thence in a northerly direction along Grant 100 feet to an iron pin, which point is also the corner of McJunkin; thence in a westerly direction along McJunkin line 50 feet to an iron in, which is also corner of other property of Agnes Duncan, thence along center of road in an easterly direction 50 feet to the point of Beginning and being bounded on the north by McJunkin; east by Grant, south by surface treated road; and bounded on the west by other property of Agnes Duncan.
