Ewing, Judge of the Circuit Court of Fayette County, West Virginia, in his chambers located at the Fayette County Courthouse Annex, Fayetteville, West Virginia, on Friday, July 22, 2022, At 10.30 a.m., or as soon thereafter as this case may be heard.
Further, notice is hereby given that your parental rights, if any, may be terminated in the proceeding, and that may appear and defend any such rights within Thirty (30) days from the date of the first publication of this notice. If you fail to respond within said Thirty (30) day period, you may not appear or receive further notice of these adoption proceedings.
