LEGAL NOTICE

The Pickens County Planning Commission will meet in regular session and conduct a public hearing on Monday, June 11, 2018, at 6:30 p.m. in the Main Conference Room at the Pickens County Administration Facility, 222 McDaniel Avenue, Pickens, SC.

Prior to the regular meeting and public hearing, the Planning Commission will meet in a worksession at 6:00 p.m. in the same location.

The Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on the following item:

1. SD-18-0001 Land Use approval for an expansion of an existing Major Residential Subdivision (greater than 10 lots) located on Mt. Olivet Road, Six Mile. Applicant is Marty Pilgrim and the owner of record is Richard Masters.
