Pursuant to Court Decree in Randy N. Long and Rhonda P. Long vs. Jonathan Adam Finley, the undersigned or designee will sell at Public Auction to the highest bidder at the Pickens County Courthouse on August 7, 2017 at 11:00 A. M., the following property:

ALL those certain pieces, parcels or tracts of land with any improvements thereon, situate, lying and being in the State of South Carolina, County of Pickens and being shown and designated as Tract A, containing 3.88 Acres, more or less; Tract B, containing 1.20 Acres, more or less; and Tract C, containing 1.04 Acres, more or less (Tracts A, B and C contain 6.12 Acres Total to include centerline of road) on survey prepared by Plumblee Surveying for Jerry F.
