Monday, the 11th day of MARCH, 2024, being the Monday next after the expiration date of forty-two days after this citation is issued and you are hereby commanded and required then and there to appear and file written answer to the  PLAINTIFF ORIGINAL PETITION FOR DECLARATORY JUDGMENT, filed in said Court on the APRIL 15, 2020 in a suit numbered 2020-23739 docket of said court, JOHN FOCKE AND CATHERINE FOCKE, the Plantiffs, and BETTY SUE SAVLEY, THE HEIRS AND BENEFICIARIES OF RAY ELLISON AND THE HEIRS OF M.C. AND LEE ORA COWARD, the Defendants, the nature of plaintiff’s demand and the petition alleging: OTHER PROPERTY.
SUMMARY
Plaintiffs are requesting the court quiet title in their name based on prior deeds and adverse possession of Lots 4 and 5 of Block One, Oakhurst Division, located in Harris County, Texas and according to the map of plat thereof recorded in Volume 557 Page l1 of the deed records of Harris County, Texas
Notice hereof shall be given by publishing this Citation once a week for four consecutive weeks previous to the day of MARCH 11, 2024, in some newspaper published in the County of Harris, if there be a newspaper published therein, but if not, then the nearest county where a newspaper is published, and this Citation shall be retuned on the 5th day of MARCH, 2024. which is forty two days after the date it is issued, and the first publication shall be at least twenty-eight days before said return day
HEREIN FAIL NOT, but have before said court on said return day this Writ with your return thereon, showing how you have executed same.
