You are hereby summoned and required to answer the Complaint for Termination of Parental Rights and Adoption, which was filed in the Greenville County Family Court on March 11, 2021 at 10:02 AM in this action, a copy of which is herewith served upon you and to serve a copy of your answer to the said Complaint for Termination of Parental Rights and Adoption on the subscribers at their offices, 210 S Main Street Fountain Inn, South Carolina, 29644 within thirty (30) days after the service hereof, exclusive of the day of such service; and if you fail to answer the Complaint for Termination of Parental Rights and Adoption within the time aforesaid, the Plaintiffs in this action will apply to the Court for the relief demanded in the Complaint.

The court must be informed of your current address and of any changes in address during the adoption proceedings.
Failure to file a response within thirty days of receiving this notice constitutes your consent to adoption of the child and forfeiture of all your rights and obligations with respect to the child.

LEGAL NOTICE
The Pickens County Planning Commission will meet in regular session and conduct public hearings on Monday, June 14, 2021 at 6:30 p.m. in the Main Conference Room at the Pickens County Administration Facility, 222 McDaniel Avenue, Pickens, SC.

Prior to the regular meeting and public hearings, the Planning Commission will meet in a worksession at 6:00 p.m. in the same location.

In order to follow current CDC social distancing guidelines, seating in the Main Conference Room may be limited.

The Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on the following item:

1. SD-21-0004 Subdivision Land Use for an 11 lot edition to a previously approved single-family residential development located on Old Keowee Church Road, Six Mile. The proposed development is located on approximately 36.43 acres. The applicant is RSL Buildings, LLC. The property owner of record is William Randolph Stancil.

On or about the 25th day of May 2017, S.E.L., the above-named child, was born to H.E.J. and UNKNOWN FATHER, who is possibly MARK LUSK. It appearing that the whereabouts of the father are unknown, notice is hereby given that UNKNOWN FATHER and PUTATIVE FATHER MARK LUSK are named as Respondents in the above-styled matter and that a hearing is scheduled in the above-styled matter on the 6th day of July 2021 at 9:00 O’clock a.m., before the Honorable Jason Wharton, Circuit Court Judge of Wood County, West Virginia, in his courtroom located on the 2nd floor of the Wood County Judicial Building, #2 Government Square, Parkersburg, Wood County, West Virginia. Said proceedings may be continued from time to time as directed by the Court.

The father must appear and defend his interests in the above-styled matter on or before the aforementioned date and time or otherwise the above-styled proceeding may, at any time thereafter upon final disposition, result in the permanent termination of the parental rights of UNKNOWN FATHER, who is believed to be MARK LUSK, to the above-named child, S.E.L.

A copy of the Petition for Adoption may be obtained by the father from the Circuit Clerk at the Clerk’s office, located in the Wood County Judicial Building, Parkersburg, Wood County, West Virginia.
