Hillcrest Memorial Park and The Pickens Ministerial Association held their annual Easter sunrise service on Sunday. Above, those in attendance enjoyed the joyful sounds of the Secona Praise Team just after sunrise. Left, this year’s message was delivered by Secona Baptist Church youth pastor James Lawson. A staple in the Pickens community, the event was first held in 1960.
