End nearing for school district book ban lawsuit?

COUNTY — A months-long legal journey centered around antiracist literature in the School District of Pickens County could be coming to an end after the district filed a motion to dismiss the lawsuit.

Nelson Mullins Riley and Scarborough LLP filed the motion last week on behalf of the school district and requested an oral argument, according to court records.
