COUNTY — With election season inching closer, Pickens County’s municipal general election candidate filing period finished on Tuesday, giving voters an idea of who they will see on the ballot in November.

The period, which began on July 18, had filings available for candidates in Central, Easley, Liberty, Norris, Pickens and Six Mile.
