EASLEY — Foothills Playhouse will hold auditions for Little Shop of Horrors at 7 p.m. on Aug. 3-4 at the theater in West End Hall at 201 S. Fifth St. in Easley. Men and women, ages 18 and up, should come prepared to sing a song, preferably from the show, but not required.  Callbacks will be held on Aug. 4-5 if needed. Callbacks will require reading scenes from the script.

Little Shop of Horrors is the story of a nerdy florist who finds his chance for success and romance with the help of a giant man-eating plant who demands to be fed. It is based on the book by Howard Ashman, features music by Alan Menken and is directed by Jon Osborne.  Performances are Oct. 16-25.  Call (864) 855-1817 for more information.
