Governor in Easley: Prosperity solution to problems

EASLEY — South Carolina Gov. Henry McMaster wants to continue the economic successes his predecessor’s administration was known for.
McMaster spoke last week at a town hall meeting organized by Rep. Neal Collins.
“Without a doubt, Gov. McMaster cares about South Carolina,” Collins said. “I think it comes across in everything that he does.”
Collins said the governor is “an old-school Republican.”
“I know where Gov. McMaster stands,” Collins said. “We actually don’t know each other that well. I’m still relatively new to this arena. But this year, especially, I didn’t have to necessarily go to his office to question where he stood, because I knew just from his past where he stands. That’s
