The Colonial House in Pickens held its grand opening and ribbon cutting on Friday, Oct. 5. The historical property, built in 1903, is nestled right in the heart of Pickens. It will serve as a bed and breakfast and event venue. Owners Breann and Drew Nicholson have worked hard to restore the historic home and are excited about the many travelers it will host and the upcoming events that will be featured onsite.
