PICKENS — A father and grandmother charged in the death of a 22-month-old child in 2008 were found guilty last Friday in a Pickens County courtroom.
Thirteenth Circuit Judge D. Garrison Hill sentenced Donna Lynn Phillips, the victim’s grandmother, to 25 years imprisonment in the S.C.
