Hull retires from auxiliary

The auxiliary at AnMed Health Cannon was saddened when Mary Hull said she would be retiring on Dec. 18. Hull had given 20 years to the auxiliary. According to those who have tried them, Hull made the best sausage balls, among other things, for Cannon Auxiliary’s bake sales. Hull’s smiles on Tuesday and Wednesday mornings will be missed by many. Whether at the front desk giving direction or selling coffee, she was always encouraging. Hull has been a great Pickens County resident. She gave 31 years to Pickens High School teaching home economics before joining the auxiliary. She now has time to read a complete chapter in the books she loves without interruptions and get those crossword puzzles done in the early morning. She will be forever in the hearts of so many.
