LIBERTY – Concerned residents in and around Liberty held a protest before Liberty City Council’s regular session Monday night.

According to the protest’s Facebook event page, Liberty Police Chief Adam Gilstrap granted permission for a peaceful protest to be held from 5:30pm – 6:15pm Monday, May 13, ending
