Man arrested after camera found on Central mill urinal

CENTRAL — A Seneca man was arrested last week after workers found a camera attached to a urinal at the Central Textile Mill.
According to an incident report from the Central Police Department, a maintenance worker at the mill discovered a camera attached to a velcro strip on the bottom of a urinal in a men’s restroom on March 30
Officers arrested Douglas Eugene Robinson, 44, of Seneca, on April 4, charging him with voyeurism;/violating a place of privacy.
Robinson was released on a $10,000 personal recognizance bond.
