MCPC congratulates KeyMark for winning Best Place to Work Award

LIBERTY — KeyMark, a Pickens County software company specializing in enterprise content management, has been honored with the Business Black Box Best Place to Work award.

The Best Place to Work award, one of seven awards made through the annual Business Black Box Awards, is given to an Upstate South Carolina company that has created a culture that employees and customers love and thrive in.

“Manufacturers Caring for Pickens County (MCPC) is proud of our member company, KeyMark, for receiving this award,” MCPC chairman Tom O’Hanlan said. “In addition to our educational outreach, MCPC members share best practices and other mutually beneficial ideas. We look forward to hearing more about the great culture that Jim Wanner has created at KeyMark. This is one more example of Pickens County’s excellent work environment.”

KeyMark is represented by Cameron Boland, vice president of operations for KeyMark, in the magazine. All award winners can be seen in the Q1 2015 issue.

“The Best Place to Work award speaks volumes about our workplace culture and the quality of our organization,” Wanner said. “Our goal of happy employees providing exceptional service is what drives our success, and ‘working hard, playing hard’ is part of our community spirit. I believe that our employee-oriented culture is the reason behind our low employee turnover and high customer satisfaction rankings. I’m proud of the great team we’ve assembled, our employees truly deserve this recognition.”
