THOMAS EARLE WARD
EASLEY — Thomas Earle Ward, 79, of Easley, went home to be with the Lord on Monday, April 1, 2024.
In the fall of 1944, Tom was born in Pickens to the late Arial and Dorothy Golightly Ward. He graduated from Easley High School in 1962 and Clemson University in 1966, later serving as a submariner in the U.S. Navy before beginning his career in sales. He was a member of Rock Springs Baptist Church, and loved the Lord and His word.
Born with a natural engineering mind Tom was a hot rodder in every sense of the word, but above all enjoyed spending time with his family and furry friend, Priscilla. After his heart surgery, Tom volunteered with Mended Hearts, providing support and encouragement to heart operation patients.
Tom was preceded in death by his parents and is survived by his wife of 57 years, Linda

The Dacusville Lions Club will be hosting Bingo night on the third Thursday of each month at the Lions Building in Dacusville, located at 1384 Thomas Mill Road. The next Bingo session will be Thursday, April 18.
There are set to be 10 games beginning at 7 p.m., and proceeds will go toward funding community events and other community needs. The games should conclude around 9 p.m.
