PICKENS — The Pickens County Historical Society presented a plaque of appreciation to Joe and Kathy Black at this month’s meeting.

President Ken Nabors recognized the Blacks “for their faithful and generous support and their continuing belief in the importance of the preservation of the history of Pickens County.”
