PICKENS — Pickens Presbyterian Church dedicated the Hollingsworth Memorial on May 15 to commemorate the vital role of Columbus Lafayette Hollingsworth and his wife Malinda McWhorter in the founding of the church in the new town of Pickens right after the Civil War.
