Police are asking for the public’s help in identifying the man pictured above, who was caught on camera stealing a package from an Easley home’s front porch last week.

EASLEY — Pickens County Sheriff’s Office investigators are asking for the public’s help identifying a man caught on camera stealing a package in Easley last week.

A home security system captured video of a man in a white van parking at a home on Edgewood Road on the afternoon of Tuesday, Dec. 15, and taking a package that had been delivered to the front porch of the home by the U.S. Postal Service earlier that day.

In still photographs released by the sheriff’s office on Tuesday morning, the suspect appears to have a shaved head or close-cut hair and is wearing a gray t-shirt and sunglasses on his head.

Police are asking anyone with information about the man’s identity to call the Pickens County Sheriff’s Office at (864) 898-5500 or Crimestoppers at 1-888-CRIMESC.
