PICKENS — The Pickens Savings and Loan Board of Directors recently announced two promotions. Harold Alexander has been promoted to executive vice president, and Tracey Brock is the bank’s new vice president.

Alexander is the senior lender and loan department manager, and Brock is responsible for consumer lending and loan department operations.
