LIBERTY — The Columbia VA Health Care System will host an Anderson Area Veterans Town Hall at 11 a.m.  Monday, Aug. 31, at the Pickens County Performing Arts Center.

The town hall will provide information about VA programs, services and resources available to veterans throughout the Upstate. The event covers veterans in Pickens, Oconee, Greenville, Anderson, Laurens, Spartanburg and Abbeville counties.

Veterans may attend in person at the Pickens County Performing Arts Center, located at 314 W. Main St. in Liberty, or participate virtually through YouTube Live by searching for “Anderson Veteran Town Hall.”

Organizers encourage veterans to submit questions, comments or concerns in advance so they can be addressed during the town hall. Submissions may be emailed to vhacmspublicaffairs@va.gov.

All area veterans are encouraged to participate.
