UPSTATE — The World of Energy is playing host to the Fiber Fantasia IV Quilt Exhibit presented by The Thread Heads quilters group from Oct. 1 through Nov. 5.

Dozens of fabulous new works of art, some featuring a native heritage theme, will be on display in the World of Energy lobby.

The designers of the artwork on display are part of the Thread Heads group, which is comprised of fiber artists who have shown their work nationally as well as internationally.

The exhibit is free and open to the public during the following hours: Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Saturday from noon to 5 p.m.

An opening reception for the public will be held on Saturday, Oct. 11, from 2-4:30 p.m. at the World of Energy, with light refreshments to be served.
